Work Plan

What is the purpose of the Work Plan?

The purpose of the work plan is intended to break down the setting processes into smaller actionable that are needed to accomplish the goal.

Acase for Uganda  
Uganda is a land locked country and a member of EAC with total Land Size of 241,000 Square Kilometers, an estimated population of 46 million plus citizens and Gross domestic product (GDP), 40.53 Billion Us dollars as of 2021. Uganda is divided into 4 big regions of Central, Western, Eastern and Northern. Furthermore, Uganda is also divided into smaller 15 sub regions of Lango, Acholi, Bunyoro, Rwenzori, Ankole, Busoga,  Buganda, Elgon, Teso, Bugishu, Karamoja, Toro, Bukedi, Kigezi and Westnile.

Using government structures, citizens’ mass campaign has appointed Ambassadors of change in all the 15 sub regions to drive the Agenda forward in realization of people centered community.

   Expectations  

  • Having said all that, our campaign target is to reach at least 30 million Ugandans at the end of 2years, this can only be done through using multiple activities outlined The monitoring and evaluation team will be able to generate a comprehensive report clearly showing our performance in order to determine our next move.
  • Maximum cooperation, appreciation and collaboration is expected from citizens during sensitization and capacity building.

Our team

The Executive team comprises of 6 Pan –Africanists with vast experiences and expertise in different fields of research, education, investigative journalism, Advocates of change, church leaders and cultural institutions, who believes unequivocally that if Africa is to thrive, need to start supporting its own budget and initiatives. Our team appreciates what has been achieved by the EAC, but citizens still know a small amount about the processes.   

As a team, decided to devise initiative that is able to domesticate the objectives, benefits, vision and achievements of EAC through mass sensitization of citizens to have heard a small amount about EAC.
